Custom Product Slots close on Nov 1 2022 and will not be open again until an indefinite time in 2023.

Commissioning a piece just the way you want it, it a very exciting venture!

With so many options, it can be difficult to know where to begin. I have compiled information and inspiration in these pages and on my website to make this easier for you.

Take your time deciding on the design but remember that no matter what you choose, it will be beautiful. Let me know if I can help answer any questions along the way you are not able to find answers to here.

Different types of products, have different timelines. 

Reins & Ropes: basic custom orders can take anything from 5-21 days, most of the time it is a lot faster though. I order material every week on Friday. This means if you order a set of reins or halter before Friday, your order is likely to be send to you by Friday, of the following week. If an order is urgent, I am able to be flexible, but this set up overall helps to keep the cost on your end down.

Braided Ropes: current waiting time is anything from 3-6 weeks, depending how many open slots I have during the month or quarter of the year.

Leather Work: Leather work is special and requires planning and patience. Please read more about commissioned pieces here. But overall, it can take anything from 1-3 months. Secure your spot today by getting in touch.

The next paragraph is particular for commissioned leather work and more complex hackamores. 

So how does it work for Braided Ropes/ Hackamores & Leather Work?

To secure a place in line for commissioned work, a non-refundable deposit is required, usually 50% of the total of your order. 

Acceptable payment methods include paying by invoice, paypal, credit/debit cards, SWISH or Klarna. Applicable taxes & shipping will be applied to orders during checkout.

Should you choose to cancel your custom order at any time, the down payment can be exchanged for store credit. Please note that this does not apply for personalised items that have names, initials etc. if work on your commission has started.

Once your order is nearing completion, you will receive the second part of your instalment to pay in full, before shipping.

Custom pieces that have been personalized with brands or initials are non-returnable. All other orders must be returned in their original, unused, and unaltered condition within 14 days of receipt in exchange for store credit. Credit will be issued once I have received the item(s) and confirmed the condition.

Wait time can vary from 1-3 months depending on the time of year. Before any investment is made from your side, you will receive an estimated timeframe for your project.
