Custom chaps require special planning and patience. Projects can conclude anything from 1 till 4 months, depending on the product and materials required.

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total cost is required in order to secure your place in line. Acceptable payment methods include paying by invoice, paypal, credit/ debit cards, Klarna, SWISH and bank transfer.

Should you choose to cancel your custom order at any time, you loose your deposit.

Once your order is nearing completion, you will be provided with a way to pay the remaining balance. Items will be shipped via tracked postal service, unless otherwise requested.  Insurance is added on all chaps & chinks orders. 

Custom orders are not refundable.

Once you have your place secured we either meet or shedule a video meeting, where we take your measurements. Please note that you will need to have a helper with you, if we video chat, to make sure the measurments are taken correctly. 

If you choose to take your measurments yourself, without a video meeting, I take no responsibilties for the fit of the final product.
